The building owned by the Group of companies Titan is located on a pedestrian street in the city center — Chumbarov-Luchinsky prospect, next to the Central Department Store and the hotel "Dvina", in close proximity to the administrative center of Arkhangelsk — the City Hall and the Regional Administration.
