Cultural and business center construction.

At the end of 2020, Titan Development LLC began implementing a project to build a cultural and business center at the intersection of Troitsky prospect and Pomorskaya street in accordance with the architectural concept of the historical development of Arkhangelsk.

The construction area is located on archaeological sites next to cultural heritage sites such as the Sever Cinema and the E.K. Plotnikova Manor, which required a number of measures to ensure the preservation of the cultural heritage sites.

Due to its unusual shape and location, the construction period for the center increased. At the moment, the first floor is completely finished, and construction of the second is actively underway.
