Give people high spirits

The carnival costume contest "New Year's Masquerade" was held for the 24th time.

For the recent years the chief organizer of the competition has been the Cultural Center "Solombala-Art" in cooperation with the creative association of Lyubov Krylova. The participants are friendly and creative families from Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk, Novodvinsk and Primorsky districts.

The awarding ceremony was held on January 16, 2022. Sergey Bronislavovich Yavorsky, deputy director general for economics and finance of Titan Development LLC, was happy to present the awards and congratulate the participants.

Titan Development LLC has also become a partner of the All-Russian festival-competition of choreographic creativity "Arctic Lights". The festival has been held for the 4th time and is already very popular. Creative children's, teenage and youth groups, ensembles, schools from different parts of our country became participants of the "Arctic Lights".
