A new cultural and business center will appear in the center of Arkhangelsk

Titan Development LLC, a member of the Group of Companies Titan, begins the construction of cultural and business center according to the architectural concept of the historic development.

The cultural and business center will be built at the crossing of Troitskiy prospect and Pomorskaya street — at the location of trade house of the former merchant Sergeev.

On the facade of the building there will be architectural motifs of the Arkhangelsk buildings of the late XIX-early XX centuries: archs, responds, cornices, forged railings. A clock will be mounted on the roof of the central corner tower, emphasizing the historical and business purpose of the building and the relation to the clock workshop located at this place earlier.

It is worth reminding that Titan Development celebrated its 15th anniversary this year. The company manages 13 commercial properties located in Arkhangelsk, Novodvinsk and Yekaterinburg.
